A Food Distribution Center Is Coming To 2208 W. Indiana Ave.
Allegheny West Foundation Food Distribution Center is scheduled to open by the end of September 2025
At 3030 North 20th Street we have the Clearfield Apartments
This apartment building is scheduled to be completed between the end of February 2026, or early March of 2026. This building will have 48 apartments available for rent. NewCourtland is the majority partner in this project and Allegheny West Foundation is the Minority Partner.
At 3101 North 22nd Street, the Panati Recreation Center is being rebuilt, thanks to City Councilwoman Cindy Bass and the Philadelphi a Rebuild Program. The recreation Cente is projected to open at the end of February 2026 or early March of 2026. Stay tuned!
